An event every week that begins at 6:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until October 31, 2020
Slow Flow class will deepen your knowledge of yoga postures and alignment. A great class for the beginner, as well as an opportunity for the seasoned student that wants to reconnect with their practice. The instructor provides modifications and demonstrates postures. This practice builds core strength, balance, and flexibility. This is an all-levels class.
